SHIPPING POLICY
We strive to offer our customers the best shipping options available. Free Shipping on all orders over $150.
All deliveries are ordered through Australia Post, plus we only bill you what Australia Post charges us.
All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays) of receiving payment.
We offer Standard shipping, which typically takes 5-10 business days to arrive. Express shipping is available for an additional cost and typically takes 1-2 business days to arrive.
For orders containing perishable items, we highly recommend selecting the Express shipping option.

1kg to 3kg - $18.25
3kg to 5kg - $21.95

For parcels over 5kg, please contact our office to confirm the shipping rates. Our team will be happy to assist you and provide you with the best possible rates.
We are not responsible for any items, including perishable items, that are damaged or lost in transit. We encourage our customers to contact Australia Post directly, to report any damages or losses.
We also offer local pickup for customers who live within 5km of our store - Tamborine Mountain, Queensland, Australia. Customers can select this option at checkout. Once an order is ready for pickup, we will contact the customer via email or phone to arrange a convenient pickup time.

RETURNS POLICY
We are committed to providing products that meet our customers' expectations. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, email our team at sales@hinterlandhemp.com.au within 14 days of receipt for review.
All items must be in their original condition and packaging.
We do not accept returns on any items that have been worn, used, or modified in any way. We also do not accept returns on any perishable items.
In the case of a defective item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will happily provide a replacement.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend that you use a tracked service and retain proof of postage.

In the event of a refund, which has been approved and accepted, you may choose to receive either a store credit to the value of returned goods.
Hinterland Hemp will not be held responsible for returned goods lost or damaged whilst in transit. We strongly recommend you send returned goods via registered or insured postage.
